PRIZE SCHEDULE PER TEAM
1st- $5,00, 2nd- $2,00, 3rd- $1,600, 4th- $1,000, 5th- $800, 6th- $600
Best performed team each day receives $300 and Lucky card end of tournament receives $100 (excludes major prize winners)

FORMAT OF PLAY
➢ ENTRY FEE – $440 PER TEAM, LUNCH PROVIDED EACH DAY
➢ 8 GAMES, 15 ENDS or 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES (BELL) – DEAD ENDS DO NOT COUNT & MUST BE REPLAYED
➢ 1ST GAME TO COMMENCE AT 9AM WHEN BELL GOES
➢ TRIAL ENDS PERMITTED BEFORE BELL – GAMES WILL COMMENCE & FINISH ON THE BELL
➢ IF A GAME OF 15 ENDS IS NOT COMPLETED, THE POINTS FOR UNFINISHED ENDS ARE SHARED
➢ IN THE EVENT OF A DRAW AT THE COMPLETION OF THE TOURNAMENT, PRIZE MONEY WILL BE SHARED
➢ ENTRIES CLOSE 13TH JANUARY 2025 – OR WHEN FILLED (42 TEAMS)
➢ ALL ASPECTS OF THE EVENT WILL BE CONTROLLED BY THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE (PRIOR/DURING)

SCORING SYSTEM
Points allocated for game win or draw, and for each end won
WIN – 10 points DRAW – 5 points END WON – 1 point

Method of Payment
• Payment must be made with entry form or entry will not be taken.
• Cash payments can be made in person to Weston Creek Bowling Club. Entry form can be placed in a clearly marked envelope into the Secretary’s box.
